Si è svolta il 27 maggio (sabato pomeriggio) la seconda edizione il Tsunami Padel Tournament (Beginners), presso il Panda Club di via Nomentana 1070 – Roma. Stessa formula dell’anno scorso “tutto in un giorno” (ore 13-19) – torneo all’italiana misto con eventuale spareggi per ex aequo. Quota di partecipazione invariata (23€ al netto della quota associativa base 2023 che deve essere in regola). Pizzata finale sul posto … compresa memorabile bomba d’acqua, che “da regolamento” ha evitato i playoffs e portato ad una classifica basata sulle differenze complessive dei sets fatti e subiti tra le 3 coppie EX AEQUO a 2 punti !!! (2 vittorie e una sconfitta).
Our Padel “Beginners” Spring Tournament was back at the Panda Club in via Nomentana 1070 on 27th may last (saturday afternoon) – Roma. Same formula as last year “all in one day”: an italian mixed tournament with playoffs in case of ex aequo scores for 1st and 2nd stands. Subscriptions were open for singles and doubles. Un percorso “verde” e alternativo per scoprire la forza “generativa” di Roma attraverso il suo fiume, la sua natura e le sue leggende … le sue canzoni popolari in compagnia de “Le Maghe”, condite di bevande e sapori locali. Contattare gli organizzatori come indicato nella locandina qui sotto (la quota di partecipazione è di 30€ a persona), che contiene anche il calendario completo degli appuntamenti fino a ottobre 2023. Per i soci Tsunami Club (minimo quota annuale in regola basic di 15€) è disponibile una guida con audiodevice proprio per l’assistenza in inglese, al prezzo di 25€ da corrispondersi come contributo associativo ad hoc (minimo gruppi di 6 persone). Se il tempo lo consente questa opzione prevede anche lo sbarco finale sulla riva del Tevere per la visita degli Scavi di Ostia da questo approdo e il rientro con la nostra navetta da Ostia Antica al punto di imbarco.

For Tsunami Club members (minimum basic yearly subscription 15€) an additional audioguided package in english is available for a 25€ associative surcharge (minimum 6 people parties). Contact our Tsunami Secretariat fot this option at least one week in advance. If the weather allows the programme will end, instead of returning to the departure point, with a landing on the river banks and a walking visit of the Ostia roman harbour archeological site; return to the departure point will be by our own shuttle.

Our guided interactive visit to “Liberated Art” Exhibition 1937-47 “Masterpieces saved from WWII” at the Scuderie del Quirinale Museum in Rome. We have selected for you 10 of the over 100 art works on show, those who best represent the “generative” power of this itinerary which inspired their human guardians in the effort to preserve them from the outrages of war. Dopo la conclusione dell’Assemblea annuale Tsunami Club (ammessi solo i soci) ore 15-17, presso la Sala Magnolie di via Enrico Glori 30 a Roma 00137, Metro B Stazioni Rebibbia o Conca d’Oro e bus 343 staz. Nomentana Podere Rosa (chiamare 335 6303504 o 334 1973386 per apertura cancello), tutti gli invitati dai soci possono partecipare all’incontro che si protrarrà fino alle 19. Presenteremo e parleremo, insieme con i protagonisti, delle iniziative Tsunami in corso fornendo i dettagli: Torneo di Padel, i 3 itinerari turistici di scoperta nel Lazio già fruibili online, le altre iniziative più brevi connesse agli stessi, tra cui la giornata di presentazione con la DMO H2O di Regione Lazio del Booking Office di artisti itineranti al Borgo di Ostia Antica, il MOOC educational Smart Tourism. Parleremo anche più in generale del movimento dell’Onda per un risorgimento spirituale e culturale …… Concluderemo con un aperitivo.

We will present and talk about in detail, together with their players, the current Tsunami Club’s initiatives: the Padel Tournament, the 3 theme tourism itineraries in the Lazio Region which are already available online, the other shorter connected events, among which the launch day at the Borgo Ostia Antica site of the Regione Lazio sponsored Booking Office for Travelling Artists to animate those itineraries, our free Smart Tourims educational MOOC. We will also talk in general of the Onda (The Wave) movement for the spiritual and cultural renaissance …. We will conclude with an appetizer toast.
